  3. Mark 1.5" from open end.
  4. Sew up sides stopping at marked line.
  5. Turn down top corners 1/4".
  6. Pin to secure.
  7. Fold top edges down 1/4".
  8. Fold another 1/4".
  9. Pin.
  10. Sew across tops with 1/4" seam allowance.
  11. Turn bag right side out.
  12. Cut two pieces of 12" ribbon.
  13. Pin safety pin to one end of ribbon.
  14. Thread ribbons through casings.
  15. Tie ribbons together at sides.
